Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment and send tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Times

We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Current delivery times range from 25 to 45 days, depending on your location, customs processing, and shipping carrier schedules. Most customers in Canada and the U.S. receive their order within 35–45 days.

Please note: cold tubs are large, premium items that ship via sea freight and ground transport to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.

Tracking Your Order
